Every piece is handcrafted individually, so production typically takes 1–3 weeks before your order ships. This is an estimate — not a guarantee — and can vary depending on order volume, material availability, and the complexity of your piece.

We'll always keep you updated — check your email for production and shipping notifications, and feel free to reach out if you haven't heard from us after 3 weeks.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you contact us within 2 hours of ordering, we'll do our best to help — but it's not guaranteed. Once your piece moves into production, no changes or cancellations can be made under any circumstances.

Please double-check your size, shipping address, and item selection before checking out.

We use standard US ring sizing. For the most accurate fit, measure your finger at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest — size can shift with temperature and time of day.

• Wide or medium bands: size up half a size
• Slim bands: size to your exact measurement

Once your piece is finished and handed to the carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. All orders ship with tracking included.

Estimated delivery after shipping is typically 3–5 business days domestically, depending on your chosen shipping method and carrier volume.

Once your order is dropped off with the carrier and a tracking number is issued, Blended by Kalana is no longer liable for that package. Shipping carriers take full responsibility from that point forward.

• Packages lost or damaged in transit
• Packages marked "Delivered" that you did not receive
• Porch theft or misdelivery
• Weather, carrier backlogs, or holiday delays

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at the time of purchase.

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, reshipment fees will apply. Contact us immediately if you notice an error — we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.

The only exception is if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll work toward a resolution (repair, replacement, or store credit).

Normal variation between pieces, tarnish from improper care, and damage from chemicals or resizing do not qualify as defects.

Every piece is made by hand, one at a time — which means no two are exactly identical. Slight variation in finish texture, color tone, or dimensions (within ~1mm) is completely normal and expected.

Product photography is shot in professional lighting and may not capture every nuance of the piece you receive. Variation from photos is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a return.

Please contact us directly before filing any payment dispute. We are a small, founder-operated business and we will always work to resolve a genuine issue fairly.

Fraudulent chargebacks are taken seriously and will be disputed with full documentation of your order, production, and delivery. Verified fraudulent disputes may result in being permanently blocked from future purchases.

All Blended by Kalana pieces are made with hypoallergenic, nickel-free materials:

• Sterling Silver (.925) — including Argentium and Goldfield sterling, more tarnish-resistant than standard sterling
• 14k Gold-Filled — a thick, solid layer of real gold bonded to a base. Not plating. Built to last.

If you have known sensitivities beyond nickel, consult a dermatologist before purchasing. We cannot accept returns for skin reactions.

Yes — that's the whole point. Our pieces are built for real life and are safe for showers, sweat, skincare, and sleep. They will not flake, chip, or fade under normal conditions.

• Avoid: chlorinated pools and hot tubs, bleach, harsh chemical cleaners, perfume directly on the metal
• To clean: wipe with a soft cloth; use a soft toothbrush and warm water for detailed pieces
• Tarnish: natural for sterling silver — a polishing cloth restores shine in seconds

Gold-filled has a thick, solid layer of 14k gold permanently bonded to the base metal under heat and pressure. It contains 100× more gold than plated jewelry and is regulated by US law. With proper care, it maintains its color and finish for years.

Gold-plated has a microscopically thin layer of gold applied to the surface that wears off relatively quickly with regular use.

Gold-filled will not peel, fade, or turn your finger green. Gold-plated will — eventually. That's why we only use gold-filled.
